Among the pastures of the Alpe di Siusi, the green plateaus of Alta Badia, and the woods of Soprabolzano, we walked immersed in fairytale landscapes: wooden houses, imposing Dolomites, buckwheat cakes and dumplings enjoyed in the sun with a radler in hand. We explored paths scented with hay and discovered wonders like the Earth Pyramids, where nature sculpts time. A slow journey, made of steps and silence, amid authentic beauty and mountain flavors.
VIA DI FRANCESCO, Assisi|Spoleto
The Via di Francesco from Assisi to Spoleto is a short but intense journey: approximately 75 kilometers and 2,000 meters of elevation gain , through hills, woods, and small villages steeped in history and spirituality.
You walk among centuries-old olive groves , silent paths and wonderful villages such as Trevi, Poreta, Campello sul Clitunno, where time seems to slow down.
The encounters along the way—a pilgrim, a nun, an elderly man who gives you a smile—are a vital part of the journey, like the good olive oil, truffles , and Umbrian specialties that accompany you at the table.
And then Spoleto, which welcomes you majestically with art and beauty, closing the journey with the same intensity with which it began in Assisi.
MAGNA VIA FRANCIGENA, Sicilia
The Magna Via Francigena is an ancient and surprising path that crosses the green heart of Sicily, from Palermo to Agrigento.

CAMMINO DEL SALENTO, Puglia
The Cammino del Salento takes you from Otranto to Santa Maria di Leuca, along 120 kilometers of wild coastline, quiet villages, and sunny paths.
You walk among centuries-old olive trees, dry stone walls, hidden coves, and a hinterland that smells of rosemary and history.
Every day it welcomes you with authentic flavors: orecchiette with turnip tops , fresh fish, warm pasticciotti from the village bakeries.
